Chiropractic is a drug-free, non-surgical science and as such, does not include pharmaceuticals or invasive surgery. Chiropractors provide conservative management of pain including, but not limited to, back pain, neck pain, and headaches.  This is done through chiropractic manipulation of the spine or other joints in the body.

In addition to chiropractic care, acupuncture, which is one of the oldest healing arts in the world, is also offered. Acupuncture aims to restore and maintain health through the stimulation of specific points in the body. These points are mapped out through the body in pathways known as Meridians. It is believed in Traditional Chinese Medicine that vital energy called “Qi” (Chee) travels through these Meridians. It is also believed that a blockage in the flow of Qi can cause a disruption of the balances in the body. These imbalances can result in pain, physical abnormalities, and disease.  With the use of acupuncture needles, these blockages are addressed to allow the body to function optimally.
